• Provides appliance repair by listening to customer concerns, repairing product as necessary, answering customer concerns, solving customer complaints,
managing scheduled call times.
• Verifies all information related to the Service Order is accurate; identifies and corrects discrepancies.
• Identifies concerns of customer and tries best to match those concerns with proper repair.
• Completes and processes Service Orders to Purchasing if parts are needed and submits of paperwork to CRS’s in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicates with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintains accurate files and processes in order to maximize productivity.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills
• Basic reading and comprehension skills.
• Basic numerical reasoning skills.
• Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner.
• Demonstrated knowledge of appliance repair

• Outstanding customer service skills.

Required Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous major appliance repair experience preferred
