Service Advisor
Our Service Advisor specialist are an important piece of the overall success of Builders Source, Inc.! When customers are provided with an exceptional experience, they will not only return, they will refer us to their friends and family. Our customer service jobs are focused around helping customers with warranty issues, product concerns and scheduling service calls in a timely manner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provides customer service support by answering phones, managing Service inquiries, scheduling Service Calls, processing payments, solving customer complaints/questions.
• Verifies all information related to the Service Order is accurate; identifies and corrects discrepancies.
• Identifies needs of customer and tries best to match those needs with allotted schedules.
• Completes and processes billing to manufacturers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicates with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintains accurate files and processes in order to maximize productivity.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills
• Basic reading and comprehension skills.
• Basic numerical reasoning skills.
• Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills
• Outstanding customer service skills.
Physical Demands:
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach regularly

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous clerical experience preferred
